2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

2.4 Voluntary extended return window (commercial policy)

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we may offer an extended period of up to 30 days from delivery for returns of unopened products in original packaging, where this does not conflict with mandatory law. This commercial extension does not replace or shorten your statutory rights; if you exercise the statutory withdrawal within 14 days, those rules apply regardless of this section.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product seal has not been broken or tampered with
  • For statutory withdrawal: the return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product (or within any longer voluntary period we offer for unopened goods)
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products where the safety seal has been broken
  • Products that show signs of use or tampering

This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

4. Return Procedure

  4. Ship the product to the address provided

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within:

  • Inspection: 1-3 business days after receiving the return
  • Processing: 3-5 business days for the refund to be initiated
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by payment method and bank)

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
  • Description of the damage or defect

6.2 Resolution

For verified damaged or defective products, we will offer:
